Bill Monroy, President & General Contractor
Guillermo "Bill" Monroy is the president and owner of Acassa Construction Corp. He is a Florida licensed general contractor, as well as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional (LEED AP) from the US Green Building Council.
Mr. Monroy holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Reading (Reading, England), one of the most prestigious universities in Europe in that field of work. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts arts degree from the University of Maryland (College Park, MD) in Architecture and Urban Planning.
After working in Europe for large developers in some of the biggest projects, Mr. Monroy became licensed as a Florida Certified General Contractor in 1992. He has extensive experience in managing both commercial and residential construction projects and is well versed in the area of home automation and "intelligent buildings."
With extensive knowledge and wide array of projects across the residential and commercial construction spectrum including new construction, build-outs, additions and complete or partial interior renovations as well as a background in architecture and planning, Acassa Construction is equipped to handle all projects large and small.

Tina O'Keeffe, CEO & Managing Broker
Tina, originally from England, obtained her Florida Real Estate license in 1994 and her Real Estate Broker license in 2006. She has worked as a team leader and trainer for the large corporate real estate companies, as well as owning and operating her own offices over the years.
She specializes in working with investor/buyers who want to renovate exactly to their taste, or who want to build some equity for themselves, thus using her skills to locate properties in need of renovation that can be purchased at a discount.
We operate Acassa Construction, Design Center and Real Estate office at the same location allowing people to see first hand all of the up to date finishes available for their project as well as viewing available properties for sale and assessing their viability. We then resell them in house for top dollar! If you are an investor who doesn't want to get involved in the design, we'll take care of the whole process for you through our in-house design center.
